Light yeasty aromas and tones of citrus, fresh picked red apples with a rich creamy complexity and cherries on the palate. The exceptionally fine mousse contributes freshness and finesse.

1 x Black Elephant Vintners Brut Rosé MCC

A modern fruit forward style of Rosé MCC yet true to it’s varietal origin, Pinot Noir. Bursting with aromas of red berries, blood orange, peach and smokey lees. The palate is medium bodied, ample and fleshy, with racy acidity, pretty fruit tones and a youthfully frothy mousse.

1 x Black Elephant Vintners Chardonnay Brut MCC

A style more associated with the Champagne region of France, this 100% Chardonnay is more familiar to regular Champagne lovers.

A true expression of the Chardonnay grape - powerful, complex and elegant. The nose shows ripe citrus with melon and toasted almonds. The palate is rich and vibrant with lingering flavours of lemon, peach, ginger and brioche.
