A classic blend of Chardonnay (75%) contributing fruit and elegance, and Pinot Noir (25%) for complexity and length of flavour. Light yeasty aromas and tones of citrus, fresh picked red apples with a rich creamy complexity and cherries on the palate. The exceptionally fine mousse contributes freshness and finesse.

1 x Tanzanite Brut MCC: 

This Brut is an elegant fizz.  It has a firm structure, good depth of flavour and a firm mousse. Great intensity with luscious fruit, flinty and nutty with soft creamy notes. It’s fresh, dry, lingering and well structured.  This is a structured and elegantly matured wine. The composition of this MCC is 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot noir.

1 x Waterkloof Astraeus Pinot Noir Brut Rosé MCC

This is a lightly coloured Pinot Noir Rosé with fine bubbles. It gives off floral and mineral aromas and strikes a fine balance on the palate between elegance and fine supporting structure.

Produced from Pinot Noir grapes, this Méthode Cap Classique boasts an elegant pink hue with delicate bubbles, fresh strawberry aroma on the nose and pure Pinot Noir notes of dark berries on the palate.
