Black Elephant Vintners 2013 - Blanc de Blanc MCC

This is the Real Deal, BEV's attempt at perfection.

Harvested in 2013, it required patience and time. Structure in a more traditional Champagne style it is dry but not aggressive.

The white stripe is a tribute to Marilyn Monroe, with the limited production representing her brief but impactful time in our world.

The modern fruit-forward style of Blanc de Blanc focuses on freshness rather than secondary aromas. Light yeasty aromas and tones of citrus, fresh-picked green apples and ginger with rich, creamy complexity and lemons on the palate. The wonderful mousse contributes freshness and finesse.
